Ummm someone seriously dropped the ball here. How did I not know this book exists?
Seems like the vast majority of opinion pages are designed to introduce me to a new galaxy of awful people of whom I was completely unaware.

I wish hatred and intolerance wasn't so astonishingly profitable.
James Joyce would strike me as a complete nightmare.
I suppose this would be a bad time to point out, I had two removed in the morning and went back to work the same day.

I had a terrific dentist 🦷 🦷
Yes. That is the LEAST surprising part of their entire relationship.
So sorry I read this as "contentious meditation" and became very, very confused.
Reading some short stories. Trying to figure out what to eat for supper.
Apologies. They are my team so I think I'm obligated to have something that looks like an investment in their wins.
Well, he is from the Heritage Foundation so every opinion is really projection.
So, basically we're in Uncanny Lent?
1. A cup of tea
2. Choosing your next book to read 📚
3. A new series of Slow Horses
4. A new podcast episode and a long walk (which will have to wait as it's too hot 🥵)
5. Museums (especially museums with lectures and a post lecture 🍷 reception)
Well it will cease to exist as part of my streaming choices.
I'm planning on living on Greek yogurt, frozen berries, Trader Joe's autumn soups, salmon and frozen greens. Plus some rooibos tea.
Well I believe that. Caring about others doesn't seem to be a massive priority with you. If you will forgive me for being blunt.
Putting one community in harm's way to claim you are protecting women has never worked ever.
How would discrimination against trans people change this? It won't make women safer. And women whose physical bodies don't conform to arbitrary gender norms will be at even greater risk of harm.
It will end? How?

Half the trans population is trans men. What are you expecting will happen to them?
I'm absolutely certain you shared a "women's space" with a trans woman and you were completely unaware and nothing happened.
Will it be "argued" under oath?
What is the point of posting this? We get it. You don't think trans people should exist.

But no amount of social media is going to erase trans communities. They existed before social media. They will be here afterwards.

Why not be kind? It's such a low bar.
So what was your experience with the trans community?
So you've never interacted with trans individuals?
Please describe the last encounter you had with a trans person.
