Good morning! Today is Thursday, October 16th, and it's World Bread Day!

Do you like baking bread?

3 cups self-rising flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and one 12 oz. bottle of room-temperature beer. Mix dry, add wet, bake 45 min. at 350. Melt 1/2 stick of butter on top, bake another 10-15 min.

Most of the places I would order self-tied bow ties from went out of business at the beginning of the pandemic.

For a while, I was finding a lot of great, non-geeky designs at Kohl's, of all places. But once again, we're talking almost ten years ago.

I honestly loved it. I've always liked the cyberpunk genre but have often gotten overwhelmed by the systems or how DEEP people go in specific mythos. This was fun, approachable, fast-paced, with a great feeling of both tension and empowerment.

Bite the Hand does an excellent job of using the Panic Engine to build out a great Cyberpunk adventure. It avoids the trap of most cyberpunk games in burying the game in mountains of rules for the GM and player to dig through, and lets the game happen!

I really enjoyed the dystopian vibe that goes with the cyberpunk worldbuilding for Bite the Hand. I can see how a longer campaign would make for some hard choices and tough spots to get out of as players. Can definitely recommend the system!!

True story: I worked a haunted jail in Columbia City, IN back in 1995, and I almost made one of our college football players soil himself.
