Bag of Pocket Sand
Wondrous Item, Rare
This small leather bag has 3 Charges. When a creature you can see within 5 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use your Reaction to expend 1 Charge and throw a handful of sand at the creature's eyes. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (Save DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity modifier) or be Blinded until the start of their next turn.
The bag regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll 1d20. On a 1, the bag becomes non-magical and produces no more sand.
