Sen. Mark Kelly: "The president has previously said...that government shutdowns are on the president and all you need to do is get everyone in a room and have a serious conversation. And they're refusing to do that. They are holding people's healthcare hostage."

Fascinated how the guy who made superstars of Matt Walsh, Candace Owens, Jordan Peterson, and Michael Knowles thought that unfettered racism and every phobia in existence wouldn't eventually include anti-semitism

So Elon Musk using the language “only solution” when joining Marc Benioff in the call to send federal troops into the city of San Francisco. (Musk doesn’t live in SF. Some of his immigrant employees probably do.)
10/10/2025 Elon Musk tweets: “It's the only solution at this point.
Nothing else has or will work.” He is sharing a post that says, “Pretty much 80% of San Francisco wants federal intervention on deporting drug dealers. That's how insane it's been here.

health restrictions in & around Fremont, Calif. were fascism but in Shanghai far stricter covid measures were a huge help to Tesla. Remember?
niedermeyer.online
quite a take from someone who called COVID restrictions "fascism" and "a violation of constitutional rights," and argued that SEC penalties for announcing a fake leveraged buyout of Tesla trampled on his first amendment free speech protections

The remarks from the tech leaders come as city officials tout falling crime rates even as overdose deaths continue to climb.

Yeah I hear you. Whistleblowers here alleged Tesla had "improperly categorized repairs and had poor control over internal systems used to capture data that later rolled up to financial reports." Etc. bsky.app/profile/lora...

I'm just presenting perspectives on this company. I do not give investment advice and am not a judge or regulator who could make a legal determination about a company, etc.

"TSLAQ" is a decentralized online group of Musk / Tesla critics who do crowdsourced investment research. Many held short positions in TSLA thru the years. Wrote about them here way back -https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/01/tesla-shorts-who-take-aerial-pictures-of-parking-lots-launch-web-site.html

Martin Shkreli concludes that Tesla is not a "fraud" because nobody's ever been arrested for fraud there...
Martin Shkreli post on X (twitter): "This week I learned that there is a community called 'TSLAQ' who thinks Tesla is a fraud [three laughing crying emoji faces]. They are a bunch of failed Wall Streeters who obviously lost their mind. As a life-long short-seller, I will explain this phenomenon through psychiatry! (1/3)" The tweet shows a Tesla revenue since inception bar graph. Martin Shkreli tweets about Tesla (TSLA) stock. 1. "i'm not saying it's not a short. i'm saying you need professional help if you think the company is a 'fraud'" 2. "fraud is whatever gets you arrested for fraud." a user with the handle "@GiveUsArms" confronts Shkreli and says "logical fallacy. Simply because nobody was arrested, it doesn't mean it's not a fraud" 3. Shkreli replies, "i think that is the law."
