Thanks for the information. That's a little reassuring that pulte actually increased over last year. First 8 to 9 months of 2025 was great, but now it's slower everywhere. Maybe just a seasonal cycle or pause. One of my customers earlier today said Texas was slower as you suggested too. Cheers

Good to hear. We are hurting here in the housing market in Florida George. I'm hoping this is just a few months of inventory correction. People have been moving here for 100 years, so probably not stopping

This is going to slow us down more. From what I understand it takes several factors to cause a recession. I'm holding onto hope we get out of this with just a general slowdown and not a collapse. I was finally able to purchase a home in 2022, took me 10 years to recover from the great recession.
