remember to detox from the news as well, while it is important to stay informed. it's also important to understand that you as an infividual can't fix every problem in the world so please take a break so you don't get overwhelmed.

I'm probably projecting in writing these things but i hope it helps.

And also remember to stay logical, things won't always turn out to be the worst case scenario. that's your head tricking you into being anxious.

Focus on something that takes your mind off your anxiety.

What I do is think of a piece of media with bad writing that annoys me. try to think similar.

Check the source, see if it's reliable. news media thrives on clicks and scaremongering.
