When people think "Latin music," they often think salsa and merengue. But Diego loves rock en español. So do thousands of others in London's Latin community.
The problem? There was nowhere to hear it, nowhere to celebrate it.
So Diego created that space himself.

Diego Chiluisa came to London for his wife's research opportunity. He couldn't pursue formal education as planned. So he taught himself coding, created custom karaoke content, and built Latin music spaces at Casa Latina.

One month. That's how long Diego and his wife had to sell everything they owned in Ecuador and move to Canada. The university acceptance came in August. Classes started in September.

Diego came to London as a technician who loved working with music. He spent seven years cooking in kitchens.
