I had to send my orange boy off today. I hope he knows his time here mattered and that I loved him so much. I feel guilty that I could not fix him. I feel guilty for a lot of things. I tried to be with him as best I could at the end. I hope it was enough.

I think I'm in as close to my "No Gods, No Kings" era as I've ever been.

I will break the foundations of the universe before I ever kiss a ring or let someone tell me and the good people I care about that they don't deserve the right to be themselves and have all the innate human rights they have.

So maybe one of these isn't entirely truthful. I do care about others and what they say about me. Only in the sense that my life has conditioned me to survive but keeping the peace with everyone. I thought the only way to survive being bullied and othered was to make people happy or camouflage.

It is pretty clear to me that our model of economics is an utter foolish game. The world is so hilariously in debt collectively, and yet somehow we are the wealthiest we have ever been according to some? Is it a madman's gambit.

The interesting thing is that whole infinite upwards line thinking... It only works if you have a system where that line goes up and nothing else in the system does. Otherwise, if it goes up and all other factors go up as well, you honestly are chasing a moot and trivial idea.
