When I worked for the state, people would ask me all the time, “why can’t the state just use funds from a different project?”

Bc federally allocated money cannot just be moved to a different pot. It can get you in a TON of trouble.

It was SO much fun in Seattle this last week. The vibe in the city is electric. You know I’m not a Husky fan, but seeing the stadium play the game on the big screens and fans stayed in the stadium/concourse to watch it and then freak out together is just so cool.
