We have to talk about the absolutely insane CR the GOP has proposed.

This bill formally abdicates Congressional authority over the budget and allows the Executive to sequester funds for any reason or no reason at all.

We finally fixed illegal immigration (nobody wants to come here anymore)
If you’re feeling stressed today, try box breathing. It’s simple, quick, and works wonders.

And remember—you don’t have to do it all alone. Lean on others.

Breathe through the tough moments. You’ve got this. ❤️

And guess what? We got through it. It worked out. (It usually does.)

Most of the things we stress about DO work out. But in the moment, it can feel overwhelming.

The key is building resilience—so we can flow with the stream instead of being thrown around by the rapids.

One of my go-to techniques? Box breathing.
✔️ Inhale for 4
✔️ Hold for 4
✔️ Exhale for 4
✔️ Hold for 4

Repeat 3-5 times. It helps calm the mind & bring you back to the present.

The stress didn’t magically disappear, but I was able to respond from a calmer, more grounded place. (4/7)
I wanted to fix things for her. But I also knew I had to manage my own reaction.

When life throws big rocks in our path, we can either let them knock us off course—or we can find a way to navigate around them.

I was sitting on the couch with my dog, thinking, “Ahhh, life is really good.”

Then, my daughter reached out—she was dealing with something tough.

Instantly, I felt the tightness in my throat, chest, and stomach. I knew what was happening: stress.

My mind raced with worry. (2/7)
Sometimes, life is flowing smoothly—until a big rock/boulder/shitty situation suddenly disrupts it.

That happened to me recently. One minute, I was feeling happy and at peace. The next, I was overwhelmed with stress. Here’s how I navigated it… (1/7)
