We don't gatekeep lifting for women, want to start? We have a 4 day workout rotation completely free when you sign up to our mailing list.
Combine these 4 leg exercises with a bit of cardio and you've got yourself a beginners leg workout plan.

Perform 3-4 sets of 12 reps of each exercise, allowing yourself 30-60 seconds rest in between sets.
This plan uses a combination of a Strength & Power workout with a Muscle Growth workout. The objective here is to help you get stronger and build more muscle. With this combination you will set yourself up for a much leaner cutting phase.
Simple, fat burning, grip and forearm strength building. What more do you need from this exercise that you can do anywhere!
If you're already squatting more than that, work with a weight that challenges you.

If you're following our squatober challenge, there's no squats today. This is a day for allowing your muscles to recover, so you can come back stronger tomorrow.

Rest is a really important part of everyone's training, it helps us to recover stronger.

Lipstick Lifters primary objective is to teach you independence in weight lifting.

And the reason we feel so strongly about this is because we know that unless you take an active interest in this yourself, you will always be on the back foot.
