Apparently Red Hot Chili Peppers actually signed for an MMV game, but SEGA demanded a less controversial band and that's how we ended up with INXS
No, unfortunately the archive is pretty scarce on MMV materials. I did unearth some emails between staff brainstorming ideas for future MMV games.
The Hasbro footage? I believe I have that and some footage of the Axlon offices.
Oddly enough, I have a great video for that of Bill Gates playing an unreleased "Make My Video: The Cars" on Hasbro's Control Vision console
I have some paperwork that shows DP actually licensed a few stock video explosions for Citizen X and I have a U-matic tape containing film for the game. It's possible I have the missing explosion somewhere.
I will try and remember to upload it somewhere along with the 15 minute interview that preceded it.
Even worse, imagine paying that for Make My Video with Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch
Yeah, pre-Windows that was probably the easiest way to distinguish the section.
Extremely rare b-roll footage of an Electronics Boutique in late 1994 or early 1995. Enjoy it!

I found this among 40TB of files from Digital Pictures' archive.
It's a stacked last chance day for www.limitedrungames.com!

Pre-orders for our physical releases of Shantae Risky Revolution and Shinobi Art of Vengeance close in only a few hours!

Don't miss this pair of incredible games.
I also want to take some time to thank NOA's #1 tour guide, @blurrygil.bsky.social
We spent the last two days in Redmond for a few meetings with Nintendo. Today, I got to eat a pizza cooked by Doug Bowser himself. We also played some Mario Kart, and one of my co-workers narrowly defeated Doug in a knockout tour! It's going to be very hard for any other work trip to top this one.
I am in love with our Dreamcast game case keychains. If it wasn't clear from our mockups, these little guys open up and have tiny discs inside.

Everything snaps securely, but I loosened it all up to show it with one hand.
With games like this, how was the 3DO not a hit?
Even after 30 years, the Windows 95 startup sound still gives me chills.

Something about it is nostalgic in a way few other startup sounds are.
If they'd gone for a complete boxed N64 set, they would have quickly come to realize how hard it is to find the two Elmo games CIB.

This is why I like collecting full sets - discovering the deceptively rare games that otherwise are never talked about.
I know no one needed a novelization of Plumbers Don't Wear Ties, but this is honestly an incredible book. Well worth picking up for $8 - $10!
Plumbers Don't Wear Ties paperback book is $10.19 on Amazon (or $8.14 if you have a targeted coupon) buff.ly/oO42CxW #ad

This is a default message from Purple Dot, the platform we use for pre-orders. Nothing we sell is a reoccurring charge. We'll look into having this message modified.
As a heads up, the Switch 2 compatibility patch is still in review with Nintendo, but I'm hoping it'll get through soon as it was submitted all the way back on June 4th. 🤞
GEX Trilogy has been a labor of love for our team, and I am genuinely excited for people to finally have a chance to play it!

This package features bonus content, massive performance improvements, native widescreen, and a re-written character controller that enables full analog movement.
👀Tomorrow’s the big day! Get ready for the release of GEX Trilogy and wishlist to get notified when it drops!

While we have no say in the format chosen for games we didn't manufacture (like a CE that incorporates an existing retail release), any title Limited Run publishes and manufactures will include the game on the physical media.

Thank you, everyone, for your continued support!
Happy Switch 2 launch day!

There's no better time than now to confirm that Limited Run is officially registered as a publisher and developer on the platform!

We aren't ready to announce our first Switch 2 release, but please expect to see an announcement in the coming months.
Raise your hand if you know what these are.

This is one of the first examples of an officially licensed online exclusive direct to consumer game release for a major platform.

It's pretty much the earliest ancestor to the limited print publishing model.
