According to everything I've been reading, Donald Trump's administration fits the definition of a terrorist organization:
1. Well-funded;
2. Well-armed;
3. Well-trained;
4. Top-down organizational command structure;
5. Targets civilians;
6. Political goals using violence.

Even after fumbling, they made the out at home so I don't see where a "run would have scored." Even if caught cleanly the runners would've thought they had enough time to beat the throw so the runner at third would be out as well (or in a pickle.) If he's not out, play resumes with two outs, no run.

That's a good start. I'd add:

Codifying abortion rights.
Making "norms" actual laws by
codifying the proscription against emoluments of ANY kind; codifying a ban against Congress stock trading; and codifying the necessity for the president and Congress to divest. (Make blind trusts popular again.)
