I think the idea that other forms of protest are probably more immediately effective can exist at the same time as "but the protest attended by a bunch of soccer moms is still a net good" if the result is more people who feel comfortable protesting instead of less

maybe an unpopular opinion: but maybe telling first time protesters that the protest they are going to isn't protest enough Isn't The Move and there is room for lots of different kinds of protesting including ones that probably won't put your life in danger. (still don't RSVP to one tho)

Valenice: [scratches her head] No, no. I-it's fine. Let's just start with finding the Scions so we can get this show on the road. The sooner we can get this taken care of, the sooner we can all go home.

[The Exarch's mind flashes back to when he was just starting to become close friends with Valenice. He's putting the red corsage in her hair that he had purchased. Valenice has her eyes closed as a surprise while he puts it in.]

[Valenice opens her eyes, and then feels the red corsage in her hair. G'raha crosses his arms, and smiles as he's quite pleased with his work.]

[Valenice feels a presence behind her, and slowly turns her head around]
Exarch: I think introductions will be in order tomorrow, but for now, let's give her the time to rest. I'm sure she could use some.

[Valenice sees Ardbert. He looks over at her shocked, knowing she sees him.

Exarch: [crosses his arms] I haven't the slightest clue in what you're referring to.

Feo: [grins] I've watched you, Exarch, and I cannot say I've ever seen you act like this towards another. So warm. She's new to the Crystarium, but you act as you've known this one for quite some time.

Exarch: [walks away from Valenice's door. Feo Ul follows] I'm afraid you're reading too much into this, Feo. She is a warrior from another reflection to help our cause. I am simply trying to accommodate her as much as possible while she's here.
