Much like the ridiculous "birthright citizenship" case that's going to the SC. That should take about 15 minutes. The opinion can be pre-written. "This is clearly delineated in the 14th amendment. The government's arguments are specious, and rejected."

My wife is in Ireland with friends for 2 weeks' vacation, richly earned. She landed this morning. So far she's sent pix of pints of stout & a plate of bangers & mash. (+ the stamp counter at the Main PO, because philately.)
I love her deeply.

You know, plenty of respected legal experts -- like Judge Luttig -- said that Trump couldn't run because of the insurrection clause in the 14th amendment. And yet...here he is. How seriously should we take that?
