i don't like corporate america.
it's not a place i can see myself in for 20+ years, for many reasons.
i typically don't care enough about a job, but when my people assume my team isn't knowledgeable and they leave us out or dismiss our warnings and feedback, it gets on my fuckin nerves.

i sit in these meetings and get so frustrated because background teams with ESSENTIAL information and solutions are undermined or ignored, simply because they typically aren't needed for input.

the most frustrating thing in the workplace is having processes that require multiple teams to work together, when NONE of the teams have a clear understanding of what their peers' roles are and what their jobs entail.
