Why it matters:

Streaming: "Process this message and move on"
Sourcing: "Store this event forever, rebuild state from it"

Kafka with infinite retention + replay = event store.
Kafka with 7-day retention + fire-and-forget = streaming.

Same tech. Different pattern.

Know which one you're building.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s great, the thing is that I planned focus on oute wilds after finishing Blasphemous. I did it but I had the mission about the mirror unfinished, I finished it yesterday but played a little bit more and killed the snake boss. And Now, this 😄

Yes, it’s in go. I read that they were a little bit burnt because the lack of help and furthermore we started to use it, so perfect excuse.

This weekend I wanted to collaborate with External Secret Operator project by getting a really simple issue(one of those labelled as "good first issue"). Well, it is fixed now but not by me.
I was very lacking in confidence and it made me sloooow take the initiative on GitHub. I'll take another one!

Sorry, I did not get it at all. Do you mean that darktable delete the photos after copy & import?
If it helps I use damonlynch.net/rapid/ to copy my photos instead of darktable itself.
