Thanks for the review, Ash! (PS- check out their work @batmagik )
People are often surprised at how quick laser treatments are. Depending on the size of your tattoo, the actual lasering takes less than 60 seconds if it's about the size of a business card,
⇨ We walk you through the process from beginning to end ⇨ We'll answer any questions you have: either in person or over text, email, or socials ⇨ We cool the skin with ice packs and our cooling hose to reduce sensation ⇨ We follow up with you over the coming days after your appointment
Preexisting scarring in a tattoo makes removal more challenging. The scar tissue traps the ink and is a bit tricker for the laser to access, resulting in more treatments.
This before photo was taken after the first treatment.
We partnered with @andrew_tattoo with this cover up tattoo - we targeted the tribal shape at the base of the neck with - one treatment over the entire piece back in 2023 - six additional treatments targeting specific problem areas
We're 4 treatments in on this complete removal of a rose tattoo on the lower leg. 1st Treatment -> 12 weeks later 2nd Treatment -> 8 weeks later 3rd Treatment -> 12 weeks later 4th Treatment -> 18 weeks later
Time spent getting zapped by our laser depends on the size of the tattoo - anywhere from 30-60 seconds if it's smaller than a business card, to ~40 minutes if it's closer to a standard sheet of paper.
See the difference we made in this person's cover up tattoo process.
Progress shots after: - 1st treatment → 13 weeks later - 2nd treatment → 13 weeks later - 3rd treatment → ~30 weeks later - The cover up 40 weeks after the 3rd treatment.
