He had bruises on his hands but wouldn't say why.

He just had an 'annual medical' even though he already had his annual medical.

He got shot in the ear but has never released the medical records relating to it.

Citizens United decision green lighted it, and that was made possible by the Federalist Society, and that has put 6 on the current US SC. Deep state hell, it's right in front of everyone.

1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians to office
2) Elected officials rewrite rules in the donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat

We must get big money out of politics.

It is the root of our dysfunction.

Trump is on record saying he is using the Shutdown to illegally end programs that he wants because Ds might want them, he is not paying who he wants because they might be Ds, and in court cases one after another he is using the US SC Immunity Decision as his validity.

The Discharge Petition ( it doesn't matter if R or D it only has to add up to 218 ) has currently 213 Ds, and 4 Rs - Greene, Boebert, Mace, and co-author Massie. Mace is a known rape survivor, Greene is pissed @ Johnson, Massie pissed @ Johnson & Trump, so your wildcard is Boebert pissed @ world.

In a loose sense of fantasy yes, in practice and reality it remains allowing lawless behavior by way of saying it represents freedom, and creating an environment to demonize others with no limits or allowable societal constraints.

It takes 9 Rs by the House rules of the 119th Congress; With the US House not in session by Johnsons orders and self made rule and the House by it out of session even if there were 9 Rs in favor no vote can be held.

None can currently be made, also the 119th session for vacating the speaker is 9 Rs as they are in the Majority and he is the leader of their party.

No. Before Johnson closed the House he twice would not allow a vote to take place both in June and September. The discharge petition is the legal remedy to bypass the Speakers ruling, but it needs 118 votes to pass, currently has 117, but when Johnson opens the House will have 118. Hence Johnson.

It had 117 of the 118 required before Johnson shut down the House. It doesn't require the Senate to disapprove or approve.

Yes, and nothing prevents it and in fact this is the only shut down where the Speaker shut the House down. The Senate is still working and today they stopped Trumps illegal tariffs on Brazil and working on stopping the ones on Canada. There no trade emergency to give validity to any of them.
