She has not but she should be arraigned very soon and then hopefully released.

Unfortunately she wasn't. She was transferred for an arraignment this afternoon.

The corrupt Trump Justice Department is trying to cover the tracks of its wrongful arrest by charging Oriana Korol with a spurious crime. She will be arraigned before a US magistrate judge this afteroon. This outrageous abuse of criminal law is going to backfire badly for the regime.

We got some real first amendment issues going on when it comes to music.

ICE arrested comedian Robby Roadsteamer for singing a parody of Rod Stewart’s “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” in a Jeffrey Epstein the Giraffe costume outside their facility.

He sings “If you hate brown people / and you are a Nazi” and ICE thugs grab him and drag him into detention. No violence—just speech.
