nd holding accountable what and who you need is part of that care too.
You don’t have to suffer to be strong. I just have to listen to what’s true. And act when the time is right for you.

Remembers, your body is speaking too. Listen in.

I’m caring for little ole’ me and I hope this inspires you too. Trauma can affect your physical body and food can also help you continue in your healing. Here’s one way I’m doing it. See what your body feels best eating too.
I’m building a safe and secure life I enjoy on a weekly drip. I create when it matters, when it moves. I express myself in real time. I teach in the moment.

That’s not chaos. That’s clarity.
This is the quiet work.
Flaxseed, oat milk, mango, spinach.

No crash. No chaos. Just care.

Healing isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s a smoothie.
Sometimes it’s not apologizing for needing what you need.
Sometimes it’s smiling because your body feels safer

Healing isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s sitting with yourself.
Sometimes it’s saying no.
Sometimes it’s making a smoothie instead of skipping a meal. Sometimes it’s unfollowing noise & following peace.

I’m doing the quiet work.
It’s changing everything.

#StillHere #HealingIsPower #TheQuietWork
Healing looks good on me, and feels even better.
Not shrinking. Not chasing. Just living, fully. Supported by good therapy.
Still here. Still shining. How about you?”
This is what alignment looks like.
No more chasing approval. No more shrinking for comfort.
Just healing, clarity, and showing up, fully.

I’m not just surviving. I’m owning. And that ownership is sacred. How are you doing?

I used to wait for others to protect me, systems, advocates, even those who seemed to care.
But when their silence grew louder than my pain, I chose something else. I chose me. And I’m never turning back.
Have you chosen you yet? There’s still time.
#StillHere #ChooseYouToo
If you don’t yet have someone in your corner, seek out a support group or therapy through CalVCB. You still deserve healing, with or without a witness beside you.
When you’re in the midst of a crime, as a victim of that crime, you need care, not confusion. But sometimes, deception disguises itself as support. That’s why trusted therapy, consistent care, and spiritual grounding become your truest allies.
Victims deserve a path to justice, and we’re willing to fight for it.
Every system has barriers.
But survivors learn to navigate what was meant to block us—and build what we were never given.
#StillHere #VoiceForVictims
In a broken system, everyone plays a part, judges, LAPD, the DA’s office, even victim advocates.

They know the flaws. They operate within the limits.
But victims don’t learn those limits until it’s too late—when silence replaces support and understanding masks inaction.

Do you ever wonder if the DAs assigned to your case were part of the 98% Nathan Hochman referenced in his 100-day plan post-Gascón era? The ones who actually fight for victims? Because I didn’t get that DA. And I know I’m not alone.
What has your experience been like in court?

Were you retraumatized, ignored, or silenced?

What do you wish the DA or judge had done differently?

Drop your story below or DM me if you’d rather share privately.
You are not alone. #JusticeVision #StillHere
I want to hear your story.
We’re building something bigger, something that puts survivors at the center.

You’re not alone anymore.

Have you ever felt invisible in court? Were you retraumatized instead of protected?

Did the system ignore your pain, dismiss your voice, or prioritize a deal over your healing?
A DA once asked me, “What are you looking for, revenge?”
I said, “No. Justice.
Victims of crime deserve to be visible in court proceedings, not made invisible.

Will your leadership endorse more plea deals while victims watch in horror—ignored, deprioritized, and denied justice or restitution?

Or will you lead with accountability?
