rebuttal: That was true in 1999, it isn't anymore. AS technology has spread more and more of Corporate america as well as As higher Education has become dependent on it. Have you gone anywhere retail lately

Are you going to be able to borrow the libraries time for multiple hours a day? Doubtful they'll let you use the machines that much. #library and then what about doing the homwork? looking things up? etc.

Refutation: sure, if all they need to do is apply for a job, but what if they want to take classes over the internet, or getting their assignments requires downloading them over the web? This could take significantly more than 40 minutes to do.
