I really did not intend to predict where things were going. The Drone War, kids' sf about a rather better form of AI from 2007. (If you take a look at the whole image, you'll see the rather Vulcan-bomber style UAV which is also a drone-mothership flying in the upper part of the illustration.)

That ought also to go all the way to the Minister of Education, cc'd to the deputy minister and whatever passes for public broadcasting wherever they are. Though, the resulting policy change would probably be, "Only use good AI," so it wouldn't really help much.

I make half as much again for my big china pie plate, or double for the a deep pottery one that holds more than a regular large 12" pan, though that makes rather a thick crust. I've used it, with more sugar, as a base for things that would have a sort of crusty foundation layer, too.

1 1/2 c. oat flour.
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
maybe some cinnamon if you like
1/4 c. olive oil
4-6 tbsp water, as needed.
Press into pan.
For a baked pie shell (like for lemon), bake 375 10-12 min. first.

I wonder if should eat pie for breakfast? It's an oat-flour crust, so that's quite a lot of oats, so it's porridge, really, with pumpkin custard, which sounds quite healthy, all in all.
