I quite liked the maintenance schedule on my previous 20-yo old car: only replace parts when they break from rust. Now that I have a new-ish car I actually have to make sure stuff gets checked more regularly. What a chore. I don't know what cars need!

A huge thing about AI to me is that, in this time of unprecedented stupidity and evil, human creativity is one of extremely few positive things I see out of, well, humans, on a daily basis.

If we finally lose that, just turn the fucking lights off. There's nothing left.

My new TV automatically made new folders on my USB harddrive without my permission, like Podcasts, Alarms, Ringtones, etc.
Love it when my devices scheme against me!

Yeah. The room looks better with the smaller TV at least. I like it but still wish there was a 60” model.

I've made a critical mistake.
I was fairly certain my old TV was 55", and I replaced it with a 55". I even measured it at around 60" and figured that must be wrong since they don't sell that size these days. I want to die.
