Being the last member of massacred people will do that to you. He keeps his feelings close to heart and wears a stoic smile. But nightmares haunt, memories resurface, and reminders are everywhere.

For him, he deals with his guilt by following the path his people took, even if he must do it alone.

Scary movie? Uhhhh it took me 12-14 times to get through the first Resident Evil movie. I am like, NOT the person to ask for scary movie recs from.

Honestly, I think Chp 4 hits the scary pretty hard with the first encounter with a Guardian Spirit.

Next would be when Mouse was caught in a cave-in and awoke to his legs being gnawed on... Yeah that might be #1 actually lol.

Taiga does not forgive, nor does he forget.

He knows what the queen is capable of, but knows her priorities; that she will always put her people first.

As long as she does that, he will simply watch.

But if she doesn't... Well, he already knows what to do.

He recognizes Queen Nolara as a solid and good leader to her people. The flourishing lives she rules over give him pause and muddies his feelings.

He puts the good of others over himself, as is the way of the Ganakri. So he swallows his hurt, and takes the role of watcher.

I'll talk about Taiga's POV, as he's the most connected to the current most likely candidate for the role of "antagonist," Queen Nolara.

He... Doesn't like her, to be blunt. And considering what harm she's caused him, it's no surprise.

But he's not flat, nor sees things as simply black and white.

So anyways, unicorns count. I'd say I'm partial to creatures like djinn, nessy, dragons... I use a lot of sprites/nature spirits in my work as well.
