For the past few weeks I’ve been making a point to use my Mastodon account more. I’m finding that I’m now on Mastodon more than Bsky. It reminds of what Bsky was a few years ago, quiet, calm, not as many people.

Basically it’s a lot of furries being furries lol. At AC there are a lot of activities like art shows, dances, venders to buy things from. WPAFW is a charity event/con where there are also a lot of the same things but nothing is for sale, it’s a charity raffle. You should definitely check one out.

I bought these at Best Buy when they were first released. I was so happy to install these. I still have these packed away. I think I may check out Open SuSE again.

I use Bazzite on my gaming PC and Kubuntu on my server. Fedora has always been one of my favorites along with Open SuSE.

I’ve been in a CPR/AED class all day and according to the instructor I am performing perfectly with no corrections needed. Not too bad for my first time doing something like this.

I got some premium protogen food. On a related note, silicon wafers are surprisingly cheap.

Now that I think about it I do use Arch on my Steam Deck. SteamOS is based on Arch. Eventually you’ll get along with it haha

Linux is great until it isn’t lol. I’ve been using Linux on and off for over 20 years. Arch is one that I haven’t used but hear the it can be a bit of a pain at times. My personal choice is Fedora, I also use Kubuntu on my server which is also a great desktop OS. I no longer use Windows at home.

You should enable email two factor authentication for your new account. That way you’ll get an email if someone gets your password but they won’t be able to login unless they have the code that is sent. And if that happens you just change your password.

You used to be able to get ChatGPT to be quite naughty but they restricted it for obvious reasons. You can still have it be naughty when you call the API directly or run a local model. It looks like they’re going to just embrace that now.

It’s kind of like no matter how many times you change your default browser or unpin it from the app bar, Edge always becomes the default again and pins itself.
