My ongoing interconnected arc of Final Fantasy XVI #teredio fics. Ratings vary. Includes canon typical violence, religious imagery, and general weirdness. An adult fairy tale of love and loss with a hopeful ending. Each fic is tagged accordingly.

Thank you. This was definitely Mae’s doing.

Final Fantasy XVI’s Dion Lesage sits within his tent at the dragoon camp atop a table draped in fabric.

My pattern for my Halloween costume is presumably lost at the Alpharetta USPS location—the post coming into Atlanta has been repeatedly delayed for me—so I bought a back up Morticia dress since Alex had wanted to be Gomez anyway.

Margot may not be ready for Halloween at this rate.

I am determined to finish this art piece before tomorrow.

I just collected her from Alex’s office where I said I was checking her out for the morning for snuggles.

Thank you. I appreciate that.

Thanks. The swelling has gone down considerably, but I have never done that before.

Making Sad Slav Soup out of the leftover produce I have in the refrigerator. Why is it Sad Slav? Because it’s primarily root vegetables and vinegar and entirely improvised.

Alex was running stuff over to storage when I noticed these tucked away in one of the boxes. I’m still not unpacked fully so I wasn’t sure where they’d gone.

My two printed anthologies as well as @jetjetdurai.bsky.social’s prayer book she gifted me last summer.

Mae & I are planning a TereDio zine.

He sees me as Dita or Elizabeth Taylor, but I’m like, I’m a person who is not famous and I don’t want this. I already have weird feelings about aging and whatnot and sharing images of myself online at 40, I don’t need all my features turned into this waxwork.

I know it started out as this thing where he likes the way I look from an aesthetic standpoint—he’s an older gay man I’ve known for over a decade—but it’s like please stop using my selfies to create images, thanks. I know he saw it as harmless and fun but I don’t enjoy it.

Adding to all this I have a friend who has decided that feeding my face into AI when he’s bored and then posting it on his Instagram is fine. And it is not. I don’t want soulless uncanny valley depictions of me shared on the internet ‘for fun’.

When people said they shouldn’t use AI, they all doubled down saying it was the future of art. Okay, well, I mean, I guess you’re okay with people using your creative works without permission now too, right? Right?

One of these artists is a photographer who refuses to sell her works except to certain clients, another is a fashion designer who specializes in high end 18th century inspired pieces and is very vocal about anyone using her designs for inspiration. Another prolific photographer followed suit.
