Initially these monsters were going to be gigantic (the size of an actual pterosaur), but I think we're going to make them a little larger than your average Charizard, which are much smaller.

pterosaur like monster, with a long skinny neck, a flat bill like snout, two large grey wings with hands at the ends, fire looking fur around its collar, ankles, and end of the tail.
