Rogers Park - they are already out this morning and it’s been chaotic. Please be aware. There are a few confirmed cars driving in loops around between Clark and the lake between North Shore and Devon ish. Running red lights to pursue, threatening bystanders who are following and documenting ect.

It’s also an option for businesses generally considered public spaces to designate private “staff only” areas, such as back offices or kitchens, which means 🧊 would need a judicial warrant signed by a judge to get back there, which they are unlikely to have.

a club/bar is a public space, clearing ICE to enter.
HOWEVER: once a ticket, cover or wristband is required for entry, it deems the area PRIVATE, preventing ICE raids indoors. this information is directly from ICIRR. in order to get in to your PRIVATE party, they must have a warrant. ⬇️

Again, I ask, what are we going to do when ICE shows up. Sharing infographics (if even that) only does so much, because it’s not beyond me that most of the shows on the strip have almost all-white audiences, and I don’t trust white gays to do the right thing (clearly). So what are we doing?
