it gets to me because (without spoiling anything) it mirrors problems i've had in relationships before in a really honest way that stings for me, so it could just be me. i struggled to read bloom into you for a similar reason, LOL

thinking about how do we relationship today, it was so real in a way you don't really see in manga, especially wlw manga. it was so hard to read when i started it, i should go back but i know i'm gonna cry my eyes out
