I've noticed lately - not sure if it's a medication thing or age or just the years of abusing my hands with precision tasks lol - that my ability to do precise functions like draw up small amounts of fluid repeatedly for hours is both declining and causing me a lot more pain than ever before,

speaking of things I'm tired of it being on backorder: IV lorazepam. stop making it be backorder in the small vials I'm tired of batching 40+ 0.5 mL syringes at a time at work every day from the multi dose vials since that's all we can get and it's a vital drug for seizure + alcohol withdrawal pts

the worst possible thing my anatomy professor could have done was to make every single test, quiz and assignment due at the end of the semester with no real structure or due dates or ways for me to realistically push myself and basically I just keep falling further and further behind because

My Tamagotchi is now 800 days old! 💪🦈

I am so close to reach my goal, just 200 days to go, this feels unreal!

Keeping a Tamagotchi alive this long is such an experience.
