nighttime scene set in a playground surrounded by trees. sky is lit by stars and a full moon. left to right: furry laying on the ground beholding another furry on a swing, their sneaker flying off. that furry is being pushed by a fish who is looking at the person on the other swing, peeing all over the ground during their swing, themselves also watched by an anteater. there's two furries on a carousel, both dizzy. the one is holding onto the floor and barfing, the other is holding on to the bar with both hands. there's a playcastle with a fireman's pole on the side on which a furry is hanging upside down, skirt falling over their chest. in the lower part of the castle two furries sit hand in hand. in the upper part there's a furry stuck in the slide with their butt out, another furry looks at them. there's a topless person on the slide with a beer in hand and another naked furry at the slide's end. there's a furry smoking in the sandpit. a furry is moongazing on top of the playcastle.

i'm still on this path, but the intensity of the anxiety is lessening, the duration is shortening and my inner voice of peace, self-love and acceptance is much stronger than it was ❤️

a lot has changed in my attitude to fear, however. i'm no longer set on banishing fear and anxiety from my life, rather i'm looking for the source of it so that i can process those traumas, heal the scared child within.

also on the topic of health, here's some info on my own journey:

i've been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for a couple years, much more intensely for half a year now. this means i've hardly traveled or visited places away from home in a long time, leading to the loss of my other job :c
