Hold on, so it transcribes it all to an app, but then you say "no screen needed"? You need the screen to view the app. The moment any of these things need to communicate back to you via text, you need a damn screen. You need to look at your phone to see this shopping list

They also like the sound of their own voice, that's why all this tech is voice based. They're the people who wear Bluetooth earpieces in public and startle you when they suddenly start up a conversation seemingly to themselves

My theory is that tech bros don't think about what other people want, they think about what they want and they are convinced that their every random thought is worth recording and regurgitated because there must be something brilliant and insightful in everything they say

Every country seems to be using immigration as the cause of housing crisis. In my country the demand for property and cost of rent shot up during the height of COVID, when international immigration was at an all time low

If they are over supplying electricity that isn't getting used, then it would make more sense to reduce the amount they produce rather than telling us all to use more. It kind of goes against everything Captain Planet taught me as a kid. Earth Hour obviously doesn't matter anymore

The main uses of AI entities are practices that would be considered exploitation for any real person or even animal. If anthropic really think there's welfare responsibilities towards it, they're the ones that are essentially trafficking it

I loved BBC Ghosts, US ghosts I felt was ok, the ghosts seemed too copycat at the start, but I'm now 2 episodes into Aus Ghosts and I'm hooked. Despite it having the same concept and plot, the combination of ghost characters, Eileen and Satan especially, feels very new
