I read The Argonauts by Maggie Nelson and had a resurgence of interest in post-structuralist literary theory. I'm planning to re-read Anti-Oedipus, Gender Trouble, and The History of Sexuality, Vol. 1, all of which have audiobooks now, for the first time since Lisa Haines Wright's class in Fall '92.

'Cats looked good again but lost to Minnesota in four sets at Welsh-Ryan. Paris, Bullington, Reid, Navarette, Carter, Elnady, Wright, Simkus, Dignan, and Wagner all stood out. Tim Nollan has a lot to work with. They're 1-3 in conference but they could still make some noise. They play Michigan 10/16.

Forgot to hit send on the final. MSU closed out the fourth set 25-21 to win three sets to one. Northwestern gets another shot on Sunday at 1 p.m. against Minnesota.

Loved it! Finally read it after 30 years of curiosity. Like Ulysses, it gives attention to all the changes taking place since an earlier time still within its readers' memories. Well critiqued in _Disorienting Fiction: The Autoethnographic Work of Nineteenth-Century British Novels_ by James Buzard.

Enjoy! I listened to Simon Vance’s audio version and it hooked me on audiobooks! With the benefit of my undergrad and grad Milton classes, it was just as exciting to follow the theologizing as the main action. There are so many great lines that aren’t the ones that are always quoted.
