The salt in pizza & bread affects me for days, but I can't get either w/o it, so if I could get fries without salt I would eat them. I didn't think there was a restaurant in the US that didn't use grams of salt on everything.

vendor financing usually refers to debt, not equity. And nvidia generates so much cash they end up wasting it on buying their shares back, so why not take shares. The bigger problem to me is the message that the demand for AI data centers has no limit, which just helps inflate the bubble.

While I think it's a bad idea, 1) investing in a company is not the same as paying them, as trading products for a share of the company is not "paying them"; 2) $100billion is a PR gimmick, it's the max, that won't happen; 3) the deal hasn't happened yet & probably never will.
