Thanks for the suggestion.
I have tried white noise. But often my tinnitus sounds like white noise anyway. And sirens. And high-pitched whistles. And robotic weirdness.

Ocean sounds work quite well - except for the making me want to go to the loo! 😂

Editing this morning with tinnitus.

It's so bad, even my usual trick of having a fan on isn't helping.

I've now resorted to instrumental music. Words are far too distracting!

But I'm an edit in silence kinda girl – not sure how well this is going to go!😭
