First event last week with the journey being a late diagnosed woman with #ADHD front and centre. It started a new programme idea, a retreat and a community support group idea. And today I’m meeting with some partners to get this in motion. #hyperfocus in action!

I’ve hosted many events before, mastermind days, trainings. And today I’m doing my first ADHD, Tea & Me.
A day to celebrate and connect with my fellow Busy brained late diagnosed women.
