I’ve been replaying Hollow Knight, and pretty much reached the same point I did before. Hovering around 80-something percent, got a few different endings, and now just not really sure what else to do.

Game’s a lot of fun when making progress. Not so much when just wandering aimlessly like an idiot.

Checked my save file from 2017 and apparently I put 40 hours into it and got 89% completion. I wish I remembered anything from the game, but it was almost a decade ago.

The only thing I remember from my playthrough of Hollow Knight is that the music in the rainy city level is pretty. I wonder if two weeks is enough time to squeeze in another playthrough.

Rocket Knight Adventures is very good!

Dynamite Headdy is first party published, third party developed, but also very good!

The Aero the Acrobat/Zero games aren’t masterpieces, but I think they hold up better than EWJ2.

I’ve seen quite a few people saying good things about it, even outside of the usual crew of Rareware/Playtonic fanatics.

And FWIW, I quite enjoyed the original when it came out, so I’m sure a polished version of the game would be very up my alley anyway.
