Fruits of the labor!

Sauce 100% homemade from garden fruits + herbs.

Salad a mix of roasted green beans, chopped amaranth, amaranth polenta, and maple roasted pumpkin seeds.

Other than the noodles and oil, this was all made from things I grew!

Trying another saucey shot using all garden grown stuff. The first iteration turned out great but I had to use 1/2 can of pre-made sauce to beef it up.

Now all totally from homegrown scratch. Save for like, the oil and shit
