Great time at London Metal Exchange's BHM last night. Luther Blisset OBE & I spoke about our work, DEl & leadership. After crying in morning re. Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica, I ended the evening singing & dancing to 'The Giant Choir' performing Bob Marley's "Don't worry about a thing..."

Like most lowland parishes, Kingston is flat and coastal. St Ann (where I was born) is mountainous. The trees on the hillsides tend to act as a buffer so hurricanes rarely cause much damage.

It went really well, thanks. Took the wrong presentation so had to speak for 2 hours without notes, plus Q & A session. Audience loved presentation. I am a former lecturer, writer and storyteller so I don’t really need notes. 🫢🙌🏾
