‪86th Film Watched of 2025 - Out There Halloween Mega Tape (2022)‬

‪Not quite as solid as the WNUF Halloween Special but it’s a fun time. The Ricki Lakeish talk show is great and the fake commercials are top tier. Really captures the feel of 90s TV.‬

85th Film Watched of 2025 - All Hallow’s Eve 2 (2015)

It’s a Halloween horror anthology, think V/H/S, but with nearly non-existent theming with only a few actually being Halloween related. The bigger issue though is that only a couple even reach the level of mediocre amusement.

‪84th Film Watched of 2025 - The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere (2025)‬

‪The edits to trim it to 75 min are fine. The 4D effects are cool, really cool during tornado. And the AI additions to fit it to the Sphere are generally fine but sometimes horrendous. Worth it for the experience.‬

‪57th Game Finished of 2025 - Tormented Souls (2021)‬

‪For a B-tier game that models itself after Resident Evil (with a dash of Silent Hill), it’s quite excellent. Puzzles are fun, combat is serviceable, atmosphere is phenomenal.‬

‪83rd Film Wached of 2025 - V/H/S Halloween (2025)‬

‪Maybe the weakest in this long running anthology series but like usual, there’s some gems and stinkers in the mix. Fun Size and Home Haunt are fun, Ut Supra is mostly solid, and Coochie, Kidprint, and the wrap around mostly suck.‬

‪82nd Film Watched of 2025 - Crackcoon (2023)‬

‪It’s as bad and dumb as you’d think by its title but for a super low-budget horror film, it’s quite watchable. There’s some funny dialog (and deliveries) and the raccoon prop is hysterical in its awfulness. ‬

‪I didn’t like this when I initially saw it but thought there were some interesting ideas. I just openly hate it now. While the ideas are still interesting, they don’t work. It’s not just a bad end for Halloween, it’s just bad. ‬

‪80th Film Watched of 2025 - Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982)‬

‪For years, I hated this film because it wasn’t a Michael Myers film. But as a straight holiday tale, it’s quite a fun and entertaining watch with automatons, killer tv signals, and kids Halloween masks.‬

‪Fitting world design and an awesome and absurd villain make this a fun, short jaunt. The missions are fairly repetitive fetch quests but the game doesn’t overstay its welcome so it’s generally fine.‬

‪I paid $4 for this game and at that price, it’s a perfectly fine arcadey tennis game. Anything more than $4 and I think it’s lack of any kind of meaningful content would be a detractor but I didn’t pay more than that so… ‬
