Except again. Its easier to disarm someone with a sword and is also less risky because the reach. Im not saying its a bad idea but.....why use a fan when a sword is pretty much better all around in this case
With the meteor hammer you can kinda bullshit some animation poses. Probably make the rope itself separate parts when needing to move it between front and back
I always like seeing it used as a smash mechanic. Freeze enemy then slam it into others or for riding on to solve puzzles. Deep snow could work but im talking more for player mechanics than enemies
