I don’t share it, but I’m quietly working on fitness and health.

This time a year ago I was 270lbs, currently 195!

None of that Ozempic or stuff involved, just healthy lean keto diet and intense cardio habits. Hoping to get back to 175-180lbs by next spring.

Just had this conversation with my brother when cleaning out my mom’s house. It’s amazing what people will let go to waste to preserve sentimental garbage. So many people spend hundreds on storage units for the same reason.

End of season show at Griots, it was nice to see a few friends and get out for a spirted drive.

With so much loss and discovery this past season, I’ve had a lot to consider for family, career, and life. Just have to keep pushing, evolving, and moving forward.
