If you do something good on the spur of the moment (even if it takes planning and time to execute) then it's genuinely good.

If you do it as some calculated way to accrue "points" to "exchange" later or throw in people's faces then NO, IT AIN'T

And so I've been a vocal critic of ACA especially when Democrats trot out "We have Universal Healthcare at HOME" to the masses telling them that they'd do a better job of taking that $8,000 into a fucking Health Savings Account and negotiating with their doctors and dentists themselves.
