Agreed although the current government flaunts its commitment to defy tradition and the law of needed. They signal they are above the law which for citizens should be extremely scary. There is no recourse.

Actually Romania is investing in cycling infrastructure, there is some pressure to adopt minimum standards across the Schengen. Not everyone can be the Netherlands overnight, but i definitely salutes the progress.
