The actual story erroneously uses “boost” to describe Dem efforts to prevent cuts to Obamacare subsidies. But it is for nought as the shutdown has provided precious time (in place of sound bites) for Dems to detail how the cuts will impact Americans at various income levels. Personal info matters.
