The whole thing is dumb, because all intentional torts are in one way or another a discretionary function. Sotomayor and set this in the concurrence but that concurrence is more of a dissent irl

So the 11th Circuit was reversed but the result on remand is going to be the same because, devils being in the details, the Supreme Court breathes life into the discretionary function exception to liability, so basically if it's a discretionary function, the government wins.

I'm not sure I can buy the Indian ones with any kind of cheese, even paneer....and I'm assuming you're using a different kind of cheese for all the rest.
