Good idea. I put on a movie with headphones sometimes to distract myself from the shelling. But for safety, it's better to hear, so to move away from the windows in time at least.

I can't sleep, I lie there shaking.
Last Sunday, it went boom – at 6 and 7 a.m. I've been up half the night.

➡️He was declared legally incompetent. I arranged for his care through the pension fund. He worked in construction his entire life. Unfortunately, he's in such a state now. I'm very grateful for your help! We really need it!
