It's Day 156 since cruise season began in Victoria. Today we host Riviera and Carnival Spirit. Expect the usual: air pollution, ocean pollution, garbage, traffic, noise 11am-midnite. Fun Fact: cruise tourists account for less than 2% of tourism spending in the region. It's high-impact, low-value.
