This made me cry. What you are doing is incredible. I went through 32 EMDR sessions a week apart and it would physically wipe me out for days. Its not mind work like therapy, its brain work. You are rewiring your brain. It is so worth it and life altering. YOU are amazing & YOU are a gift.

I have the same coverage, Medicare & medigap. The wellness visit is an annual exam by my primary care physician. Nothing out of the ordinary. I have been seeing her for 10 years. I was moving out of state. We discussed health issues I had in the past and some questions I had moving forward.
Just got billed $128 from Medicare for my annual wellness check. Never happened before. I called. If you discuss ANYTHING with them during the wellness visit, you are charged for an office visit. So, don’t discuss any issues you have then. Book a separate appointment. WTF.

It was ridiculous the amount of fear that was instilled into society. Businesses shut down, schools closed, jobs gone. Anxiety, misinformation, masks. Absolutely insane. Fear about getting sick instead of focusing on staying healthy. Complete mind control.
